Village East by Angelika (East Village)

The most beautiful place to see a movie in NYC? A bloody gorgeous Moorish Revival theater built in 1925-26 when 12th Street and 2nd Ave was part of the Yiddish Theatre District, Village East is now a 7-screen movie house (this is its Jaffe Theatre; the others are smaller and modernized).
